Goodlettsville, TN

Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church is located in the heart of Goodlettsville, TN. Entering into contract with Zion Church Builders in 2004, the church began construction in May 2010.

This project consisted of building a 29,682 square foot new facility.  The new building includes a multipurpose room (for worship and fellowship) (seating about 800), children's worship area and Sunday School rooms, youth worship area, offices , restrooms, nursery area, kitchen, bookstore, coffee area, and large foyer.  Construction was finished in October 2011.  The project's final budget came in at $2,238,486.94.  Zion Church Builders was able to complete this project at $75.00 per square foot.  Under the leadership of Rev. Tim Zuniga, Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church now has a facility that will help to continue serving the needs of many ministries for people of all ages and allow for productions of various types to be held.
