Emmanuel Baptist Temple is located in Hagerstown, MD. Signing a Phase I contract with Zion Church Builders in 2006, the church began construction in March 2009.

This project consisted of building a two-story 41,354 square foot new addition to their current facility.  The new building includes classrooms, offices, restrooms, sanctuary (seating 1,588), choir & orchestra areas, bookstore and nursery area.  Construction was finished in July 2010.  The project's final budget came in at $4,162,897.63.  Zion Church Builders was able to complete this project at $100.00 per square foot.  With this addition, Emmanuel Baptist Temple is now able to further serve their community with their new addition to their facility.  The project team for Emmanuel Baptist Temple were as follows:  Bob Huddleston, Project Superintendent; Jim Hinze, General Superintendent
