First United Pentecostal Church is located in Nashville, TN. Entering into contract with Zion Church Builders in 2003, the church began construction in June 2004.

This project consisted of building a 42,969 square foot brand new facility.  The new building includes a sanctuary (seating 900), classrooms, offices, restrooms, prayer chapel, kitchen, cafe, bookstore, hospitality room, conference rooms, and nursery area.  Construction was finished in June 2005.  The project's final budget came in at $3,759,987.25.  Zion Church Builders was able to complete this project at $88.00 per square foot.  Under the leadership of Rev. Ron Becton, First United Pentecostal Church now has a facility that serves the needs of many ministries for children, students, men, women, senior adults, an Asian ministry, and holds conferences for both men and women.  The project team for First United Pentecostal Church were as follows:  Bob Huddleston, Project Superintendent; Jim Hinze, General Superintendent
