This project consisted of building a 4,800 square foot new facility.  The new building includes a sanctuary (seating 262), vestibule, restrooms, offices, and a nursing mother's room.  Construction was finished in August 2009.  The project's final budget came in at $528,000.00.  Zion Church Builders was able to complete this project at $110.00 per square foot.  Under the leadership of Rev. David Caruthers, this church has received substantial growth and is now working with Zion Church Builders in building a brand new facility at a different location to better serve their members and the community.  The project team included:  Bob Huddleston/Bill Ballentine, Project Superintendents; Jim Hinze, General Superintendent
